Return and Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@altracase.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can send us your return by mail after we provide you with the required information.

Once approved, customers can expect a refund within 7 business days of contacting us. Please note that some financial institutions require more time for the refund to be fully processed, and it could take longer for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Defective/Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@altracase.com if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please also include pictures of the defective item, the specific area where it was defective, and proof of order delivery.

Order Cancellation

If you do not want to receive your order for any reason after purchase, please let us know between 24 to 48 hours. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
